I never loved the tassel detail on the Mini Lou because it makes the bag heavier than it already is, and more cumbersome as it can get tangled with the chain strap.
The camera is just an open box whereas the small has an internal divider with zipper section. My guess is they can carry roughly the same amount but with the camera it would all be thrown in and in the small it would be more organized. Note neither will carry a LOT - they aren’t huge bags.

YSL Lou Lou - this is the smallest interior capacity of all these bags. The strap is quite short if you’re tall. For the outside size of the bag, the interior size is a disappointment (at least for me). I also learned that I have an aversion to flap bags. Zip top feels more secure to me.
